Ponova

The moment you need someone to talk to is rarely convenient. It's late. It's a Sunday. Your next appointment is a week away.

Ponova fills that gap. It shows up at 2am, on a Sunday, in the parking lot before a hard conversation. It listens without judgment, helps you find your footing, and connects you to real support when you're ready. Grounded in motivational interviewing and trauma-informed principles — built for the moments between, when no one else is there.

By using Ponova you acknowledge that it is not therapy, not a crisis service, and not a substitute for professional mental health care. No data is collected or stored. If you are in immediate danger please call 911. If you are in crisis please call or text 988.

About Ponova

Ponova is not therapy. It is not a crisis line. It is a free, anonymous support tool built for the moments when no one is available and you need somewhere to turn.

It was built on three clinical frameworks: Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care principles, and the NASW Code of Ethics standard for appropriate referral. Every response is structured, reviewed, and grounded in psychological research — not generated by AI in the moment.

Ponova is designed to hold space, ask the right questions, and when the conversation calls for it, point toward professional support. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace clinical care.
